该装备知足(zu)《电(dian)梯型(xing)式实验(yan)细则(ze)》的《附(fu)件(jian)Q 门(men)锁(suo)型(xing)式实验(yan)细则(ze)(2012稿)》及GB7588-2003《电(dian)梯制(zhi)作与(yu)装配宁静标准》附(fu)录(lu)F1/EN81-1《Satety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts》附(fu)录(lu)1中门(men)锁(suo)实验(yan)的请求,用于电(dian)梯门(men)锁(suo)的静态拉力实验(yan)。

仪器的功效与用处

装备(bei)接(jie)纳伺服(fu)(fu)机电(dian)(dian)驱动,样品(pin)牢固在摹拟层(ceng)门上,伺服(fu)(fu)机电(dian)(dian)驱动丝杆对摹拟层(ceng)门施加(jia)横向拉力,传感器检测拉力数值(zhi)(zhi)并经(jing)由(you)过程节制器传输给电(dian)(dian)脑(nao),电(dian)(dian)脑(nao)按照设(she)定的时(shi)候慢慢将拉力施加(jia)至设(she)定值(zhi)(zhi)。装备(bei)经(jing)由(you)过程电(dian)(dian)脑(nao)能够(gou)设(she)定加(jia)力速(su)率、最大拉力值(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)参数装备(bei)可停止(zhi)机器经(jing)久实验(yan)、电(dian)(dian)气经(jing)久实验(yan)、对交换电(dian)(dian)路接(jie)通(tong)和分(fen)断(duan)才能实验(yan)、对直流电(dian)(dian)路接(jie)通(tong)和分(fen)断(duan)才能实验(yan)

仪器的特色

1、三(san)维可(ke)(ke)调(diao)任(ren)务台(tai)(tai):调(diao)理夹具(ju)地(di)位便(bian)利(li),不用(yong)拆(chai)开夹    具(ju)便(bian)可(ke)(ke)便(bian)利(li)停止地(di)位切确调(diao)理。                                                                                   2、接(jie)纳(na)伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)(dian)驱动(dong)(dong)(dong):切确节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)任(ren)务台(tai)(tai)肇端地(di)位、挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间隔(ge)(ge),伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)(dian)有一组监测体(ti)系以(yi)后地(di)位的编码器,该挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)装(zhuang)配为一个闭环体(ti)系,将任(ren)务台(tai)(tai)地(di)位节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)在设定(ding)地(di)位上。只要(yao)在电(dian)(dian)脑上设定(ding)实(shi)验(yan)(yan)挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)率参数(shu)(shu)(shu)便(bian)可(ke)(ke)。伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)(dian)的节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)纳(na)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi),挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、速(su)率等实(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu)(shu)节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)切确靠(kao)得住。                                                                                                       3、直流(liu)负载(zai)(zai)接(jie)纳(na)电(dian)(dian)子(zi)负载(zai)(zai):可(ke)(ke)停止电(dian)(dian)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)调(diao)理,节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)精度高。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)体(ti)系接(jie)纳(na)PC+PLC布(bu)局(ju):PC实(shi)现实(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu)(shu)设定(ding)(挪(nuo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间隔(ge)(ge)、速(su)率实(shi)验(yan)(yan)次数(shu)(shu)(shu)等)、保(bao)管实(shi)验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)(shu)据及天生实(shi)验(yan)(yan)报告(gao)等功(gong)效。PLC可(ke)(ke)保(bao)管以(yi)后实(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu)(shu),具(ju)备(bei)(bei)非一般停机(ji)数(shu)(shu)(shu)据保(bao)管功(gong)效,避免实(shi)验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)(shu)据丧失。PLC自力(li)节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)装(zhuang)备(bei)(bei)运(yun)(yun)转,PC设定(ding)参数(shu)(shu)(shu)并(bing)传递给PLC后,PC可(ke)(ke)0加入运(yun)(yun)转,由PLC自力(li)实(shi)现经久性(xing)实(shi)验(yan)(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)备(bei)布(bu)局(ju):由层门(men)架、门(men)扇、门(men)锁装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配夹具(ju)板(ban)、拉(la)力(li)驱(qu)动体系(伺服机电+丝杆)、拉(la)力(li)传感器和电脑(nao)节制体系等构成测(ce)试体系带RS232接(jie)口,能显现(xian)力(li)-位移(yi)、力(li)-时候、位移(yi)-时候实验(yan)曲线。                                              装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)备(bei)支流PC机及(ji)打(da)印(yin)(yin)机,可主(zhu)动打(da)印(yin)(yin)力(li)-位移(yi)、力(li)-时候、位移(yi)-时候实验(yan)曲线。形(xing)状尺(chi)寸(长×宽×高)1900×700×2200(mm)。
